Our Story
Rooted in Tradition, Devoted to Excellence
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs traces its roots to a 13th-century Parisian guild of goose roasters, and was revived in Paris in 1950 as an international society dedicated to gastronomy and the art of fine dining.
Today the Chaîne unites nearly 25,000 members across more than 75 countries. The Ghana Chapter was established to bring that same tradition of fellowship, hospitality and culinary excellence to Accra, connecting local chefs, hoteliers, sommeliers and food lovers with a worldwide community that shares their passion for the table.
